As an experienced academic and holistic teacher of over 28 years, as well as Business owner, Jenniemyma has developed class content to help inspire students in finding their own potential and in these sessions using mindfulness techniques to enhance this art form, helping to practice good focus and reduce anxiety and stress.

Sessions teach confidence and how to embrace 'mistakes' utilising them and turning them into something productive, boosting self esteem.
